Wyndham City is responsible for maintaining local roads within its municipality, ensuring streets are kept in good condition and promptly cleaned of glass, mud, and oils. However, Council is not responsible for the maintenance of arterial roads or freeways. This is the responsibility of the roads authority Transport Victoria, formerly VicRoads.
