Reckless driving

  • The council does not have jurisdiction over moving vehicles, such as motorbikes and dirt bikes, driving recklessly in reserves, playgrounds, footpaths, and streets.
  • This is a matter for the police, as it constitutes a moving violation. Please report these incidents to your local police station.

Before submitting the request, please ensure the request is for an existing footpath. Provide as much detail and if possible, attach a photo of the issue you are reporting.
