Wyndham City is responsible for broken or damaged lights in parks, sports grounds and reserves. All other lights, including street lights, are Powercor's responsibility.

Faulty or damaged light on a road

The majority of street lights in Wyndham City are maintained by Powercor. To report a street light fault, check the Powercor report fault map online or by phoning Powercor on 13 24 12.

Faulty or damaged light in a park, sports ground, or reserve

Council maintains lighting in parks, reserves, and pathways. If you have been informed that Powercor doesn't maintain the faulty light you can submit a request below.

When submitting a request, provide as much detail as possible so we can assist you in processing your request, ensure the request is for an existing light. If possible, attach a photo of the issue you are reporting.
