Find information on how to request for new signage or report issues with existing signage.

Street signs encompass a variety of types, including stop signs, give way signs, no standing signs, street name signs, keep left signs, and no-through road signs. The procedure for fulfilling the request depends on the specific circumstances involved.

New traffic signs

If you wish to request a new traffic sign, please make sure your request is for a new or additional sign rather than an existing one that requires replacement due to being lost or damaged. Once the report is submitted, our Traffic Liaison Officer will inspect the site and arrange appropriate action.

Damaged, missing or stolen signs

To report a missing, stolen or damaged road sign or estate entry sign, please check if it is a local street by checking the Map of declared VicRoads.
There are situations where we will respond to requests on roads overseen by VicRoads due to an old agreement between Wyndham Council and VicRoads. The response from VicRoads or Wyndham City varies based on the type of road, as detailed below:
