Wyndham City offers most households three hard and green waste collections each financial year. The service works on a pre-booked system. Residents usually need to book their collection at least two weeks in advance.

Making a booking

You can make a booking online or by calling Council on 1300 023 411.
The maximum volume of waste which can be placed out for collection is 3 cubic metres: length x width x height = 3m x 1m x 1m (size of a small trailer load).
Maximum weight: 55kg per item. Please note: If the item is too heavy to be safely lifted by two people to shoulder height it will not be accepted.
You will be sent an SMS with a link to the brochure after making a booking, as well as a reminder SMS 48 hours before booked collection.

Cancel or changing your booking

You can cancel or change your existing booking by calling Council on 1300 023 411 by 9.30am one business day before your collection date. Otherwise, the booking will be lost.
