Reporting a gas leak or other gas emergencies, please call the emergency number on their gas bill for assistance.
If the distributor is unknown, gas faults and emergencies can be reported to AusNet Services on 136 707.

Urgent requests

If the gas leak is from Council owned buildings, please contact the City on 1300 023 411 to report your request. Our contact centre is open 24 hours including public holidays.
