Urgent requests

If the fallen tree or fallen branch is a hazard, please contact Wyndham City on 1300 023 411 to report your request.
A hazard is one which is:
  • Blocking the footpath
  • Blocking the roadway
  • Blocking a playground facility
  • Blocking a public access way
  • Blocking a public driveway

Fallen tree or branches

Wyndham City will assist with removing fallen tree branches from nature strips, parks and trees on Council owned land.

Private trees

If the tree or branch is on private property, it is the property owner's responsibility to arrange for removal. Wyndham City will only clear obstructions on council assets, such as footpaths or roads.

When submitting a request, provide as much detail as possible so we can assist you in processing your request. If possible, attach a photo of the issue you are reporting.
