Utility service lids are owned by Wyndham City and other authorities such as Telstra, Greater Western Water and NBN. Please identify the lid by its owner name, this should be visible on the pit lid, refer to the Identify the pit lid - Who is responsible section below.

If the pit lid is damaged or missing and is owned by Telstra, Optus, NBN, Powercor and causing a safety hazard, please raise a request below.
